Over the years we have been asked to produce and illustrate a number of viewpoints or “topographs”. More recently we have also started to specialise in interpretation illustrations to complement the designs.

From a series of photographs a rough panoramic sketch is drafted and approved by the client. Computer-based models can also be obtained at an early stage in the design to ascertain exact locations and distances. It is then worked up in pen & ink with annotations/information added to the clients instruction before being transferred into a digital format.

A professional background in landscape design allows us to interpret the topography accurately and break it down into an understandable and realistic illustration rather than an over simplified diagram.

We can also arrange to have the viewpoint printed or engraved on your behalf, leaving the client to simply install it on site.
