Now the dust of the last week has settled I probably need to disappoint several very confused friends who suspect I've won an award... Sadly the answer is "no"' however I was fortunate enough to be be involved as a sponsor in The North West Family Business Network Awards 2020 at the amazing venue that is the Concorde Conference Centre at Manchester Airport.
Not only was I lucky enough to be asked to work on this by the amazing Directors that are Sue Howorth & Dave Clarkson I was also fortunate enough to share a table with my good friends Heidi & Wren from 'Detail Retail', catch up with the photographic talent that is Victora Sedgwick, be entertained by the legend that is Nigel Barden and make lots of new friends, many of whom are involved in the kind of business' that you want friends to be involved in....(ice cream, coffee & gin to name a few!)
Now we're back to earth and have finally remembered where I left my cuff links we're looking forward to keeping in touch and fingers crossed for NWFBA'21 !
